3 We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

Payment Processors

• Zelle processed through your bank’s Zelle integration. We receive payment confirmation only.
• Venmo processed through Venmo by PayPal, Inc. We receive payment confirmation only.
• Cash and Check we record the payment amount and date in internal records for accounting. No financial institution data is collected by us.

Scheduling and CRM Tools

We may use cloud-based scheduling or customer relationship management software to manage appointments and customer records. Any third-party tools we use are not authorized to use your information for any purpose other than providing services to us.

SMS and Text Confirmation Services

If we use a third-party SMS platform to send appointment reminders, your phone number may be shared with that platform solely to deliver messages to you. We do not use your phone number for third-party marketing.

Legal Requirements

7 Testimonials and Reviews

• Google Reviews: Reviews you post publicly on our Google Business Profile are displayed on our website per Google’s terms of service. We display them with your first name and neighborhood as published on Google.
• Direct Testimonials: If you provide a testimonial directly, we will request your explicit permission before displaying it. We may show your first name and neighborhood (e.g., “John D. Talega”) but will not display your full name or home address without specific written consent.
• Anonymized Feedback: We may display feedback anonymously (e.g., “Verified Customer San Clemente”) with your permission.

To have a testimonial removed from our website, contact us using the information in Section 15 and we will remove it promptly.

8 Gated Community and Property Access Information

When you share gate codes, entry phone numbers, property access instructions, or HOA contact information with us for scheduling purposes, we treat this information with the highest level of care:

• Access information is used solely to access your property on scheduled service dates
• Stored in internal scheduling records with restricted access only team members assigned to your service can view this information
• We do not share gate codes or property access information with any third party
• Deleted from our records when the service relationship ends or upon your request

9 Data Security

• HTTPS encryption on our website to protect data transmitted between your browser and our site
• Access to personal customer information is limited to team members who need it to provide your service
• We do not store credit or debit card numbers payments are cash, check, Zelle, or Venmo only
• WordPress website and plugins are kept updated to reduce security vulnerabilities
• Customer records stored in password-protected internal systems

No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by California law.

10 Data Retention

• Active customer records retained while you are an active customer and for a reasonable period after your last service

• Gate codes and property access information deleted when the service relationship ends or upon your request
